IM BACK!!!!

Hey guys! It's been a while since i've stopped by and dropped any lines. I've been quite busy lately, and i'm about to get even more busy,but i promise to blog! Where do I start? Shout out to Thomas Gentry! I love you! This dude is more than my best friend, he's my brother, he's my confidant, he's my soul mate, he's that little voice in the back of my head that always pushes me to do my best, that feeling i get when i make a mistake because i don't want to let him down and when i'm down all he has to do is text something stooooopid and i'm the happiest chick *wink,wink* Thank you for always being there for me "Superman,Esteban or Thomas" <-whoever you decide to be today LMAO! In other news I've created an alter ego, that's right an alter ego! Her name is Regina Oxford, she's a British girl with a cockney accent. I created her about 2 months ago, when she first came out i spoke in an English accent for an entire week NO LIE! Everyone at work thought I needed counseling LMAO! OOOOh Welll! *shrugs* I decided to create an alter ego to help me deal with a time of crisis that i was experiencing at the time, but the more i lived thru "Regina" the more confident i became of Karellys, the more i was showing who i really was only difference was the accent. Today, I'm writing as Karellys but blame Regina for the page set-up with the wacky, bright colors! HAHA! Hmmm *ponders* so i went to the "I Am Still Music Tour II" with Weezy, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, YMCMB, etc...one word POPPINGTON! Nicki Minaj was AMAZING!!! LapDanceNika gave a lap dance to a lucky guy from Astoria, Queens! TeamMinaj was obviously there supportng our HEAD BARBIE, THE HARAKUJU BARBIE NICKI!Shout out to my home girl Sasha always coming thru with the hook-up, mad fun, i swear the group i always go to concerts with are just too, too crazy, well we're Hispanics so what do you expect? LOL. Next stop...SUMMERJAM! Every year like a religion I go! So I applied to school too, now the challenge is to actually get thru the semester, pray for me! Anything else to share...? I met up with an old elementary school friend and turns out this dude prduces, raps and writes, so you guys remember that producer I wrote about a few months back? Met up with him and he liked my lyrics, but told me to keep writing and find my own style and practice freestyling....so i have! Now, my old friend and I are writing a song together and God willing we will soon start recording, AGAIN pray for me! There's a promotion at work that's looking pretty promising and has my name on it so I've been working my ass off (literally!) Check out my blog page for more updates on ME (LOL) and other news!

Nervous Ass Hell!

Hi! i havent been writing lately, just a little bit busy. Tomorrow is an exciting day for me. I'm meeting with a producer to try out my rapping and show him some of my work. I'm eating my nails, bitting my lips, wiggling my toes and constantly playing with my hair. Ive always prepared for failure before i prepare for success, so here is what can go wrong: I can sound horrible, he can hate my lyrics, I get upset thank him for his time and I leave with my head between my legs (not literally) lol. If that happens, then it'll take me a couple of days to get over it and then I'll just start writing again, and continue practicing my rapping. Now, on the other hand: he can really like my lyrics, I can actually sound good, and  can hopefully start working with him. Even if I cant rap, but he likes my lyrics, I can still work with him. Then, saturday 29th I have a photoshoot with a modeling agency out in Brooklyn! This is a good way to srart the year, right? *Looks around for support* Lol. Well guys pray for me, and keep your fingers crossed! thanks in advance :-) I'm gonna sign out early so that I can get some beauty sleep for tomorrow! Good Night, Karellys!

First Post!

Hi everyone! This is my first blog and im real excited! I guess I'll start by sharing a few things about me. Im half Venezuelan and half Colombian. I'm 21 years old and the eldest of three. I'm  a huge Nicki Minaj fan! I love her cocky-but-not-too-cocky attitude, I love her sense of style. I've had the pleasure of encountering Ms. Minaj at a few concerts, though I wish I could have spoken to her, or even touch her! My favorite color is blue, though I stay rocking PINK! I work full time as a cashier, and I'm trying to get thru college as well. I'm not rich, I dont shit money, but I am an independent woman, that works hard towards her dreams and grinds day in and day out to ultimately make it to the top. I love music, is the solution to any situation. When I'm angry I listen to music, when I'm happy I listen to music. Fashion is another guilty pleasure along with shopping, writing and tweeting (Twitter, if you didn't know). I love putting outfits together and playing dress-up! I'm a girly girl, but I can definately hold my own. I grew up with all guys around me, 3 brothers (one was just raised with us), boys cousins, a lot of guy friends. I'm a proud gay-friendly and open minded female. I'm not afraid to admit it, and if you have a problem, you adress it, just get at my e-mail karellys_garcia@hotmail.com . All during high school I struggled to show my true-self, and my first semester in college too. I was too afraid to tell my family my ideas, my habits and way of livng because my family is Mormon and very strict. I have been lucky enough, maybe even blessed to have come across some good friends who always push me and encouraged me to be me. So, all you girls out there I understand you. I also want to tell you that the truth is the best way, Talk to your parents, family members and friends about the REAL YOU! Do all the things that make you happy, no one can live your life better than you. Be proud to show the world who you are, we are all beautiful in our own unique way :) this also goes for the guys, to the LGBT community! Now, I want to talk a little bit about my hobby, which I plan to one day turn to reality. I LOVE writing, is my passion, and so I write rap songs. Haven't yet tried my vocals on the mic, but I'm definately passionate about lyrics!So, if any of you out there know of anything, got any tips, ideas or comments hit me up! Thanks in advance!
